Poultry fry-up with courgette – with recipe / Putengeschnetzeltes mit Zucchini – mit Rezept

Poultry fry-up with courgette and sweet corn in a creamy yogurt sauce.

This fry-up with only a few ingredients is quickly prepared, calorie conscious and gentle on the stomach.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 2 small poultry breasts, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small courgette, diced
  • 1 small can sweet corn
  • 80 g plain yogurt
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Pan fry the chopped onion in olive oil and add the diced courgette, dust with 1 tbsp flour and fry it for about 5 minutes. Add the corn and mix well.

Take the vegetables out of the pan and set aside. Heat some more olive oil and fry the meat, season it with salt and dust with the remaining flour.

Add the water and let it boil once, then put back the vegetables.

Take the pan away from the heat and mix in the yogurt.

Serve with rice.

Putengeschnetzeltes mit Zucchini und Mais in einer cremigen Joghurtsauce.

Dieses Geschnetzelte kommt mit wenigen Zutaten aus und ist schnell zubereitet, es ist kalorienbewusst und magenfreundlich.

Zutaten für 2 Personen

  • 2 kleine Putenbrüste, in Streifen geschnitten
  • 1 kleine Zwiebel, gehackt
  • 1 kleine Zucchini, gewürfelt
  • 1 kleine Dose Mais
  • 80 g Naturjoghurt
  • 200 ml Wasser
  • 2 EL Mehl
  • Olivenöl
  • Salz

Zubereitung:

Die gehackte Zwiebel in Olivenöl anbraten und die gewürfelte Zucchini zugeben, mit Mehl bestäuben und etwa 5 Minuten schmoren lassen. Den Mais hinzufügen und gut vermengen.

Das Gemüse aus der Pfanne nehmen und zur Seite stellen. Noch etwas Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen und das Fleisch anbraten, mit Salz würzen und mit dem restlichen Mehl bestäuben.

Nun das Wasser zufügen und einmal kurz aufkochen, anschließend das Gemüse wieder zugeben.

Die Pfanne von der Hitze nehmen und den Joghurt untermengen.

Mit Reis servieren.

Creamy pasta casserole recipe

Ingredients for 4 persons

400 g pasta of your choice
1 onion, chopped
2 gloves of garlic, chopped
500 g tomato puree
250 ml cream
50 parmesan cheese, grated
200 g mozzarella cheese, diced
400 g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch of basil, sliced in stripes
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Sugar

Preparation:
Boil the pasta after instructions and set them aside.

Heat the oil in a big pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Now add the tomato puree and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Mix in the cream and grated parmesan cheese and season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar.

Now add the pasta to sauce and switch the heat off. Fold in the cherry tomatoes, half of the diced mozzarella cheese and the sliced basil leaves.

Fill everything into a casserole form and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese over it.

Gratinate it for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Bulgur fry-up

Bulgur mixed with fried chicken breast, sliced courgette and mushrooms and chopped bell peppers in a creamy sauce of yogurt, tomato paste, Worcester sauce and herbs.
Seasoned with fresh black pepper, salt and chili powder.

Diced pumpkin cooked in a fruity tomato sauce and seasoned with ginger, grinded cilantro, cayenne pepper and garlic.

Minced meat with courgettes, bell peppers and tomatoes cooked as a hearty stew. Seasoned with fresh chili and sambal oelek and served with basmati rice.

You can also take potatoes instead of rice. Therefore just cook them together with the meat and vegetables.

Bell pepper stuffed with minced meat, bulgur and feta cheese on top of a creamy curd cheese sauce.

The hearty mix of minced meat and bulgur in combination with the sweet and creamy curd cheese sauce is a light and tasteful main dish.
The curd cheese sauce is also a great choice if you don’t want to have the usual tomato sauce.
