Ingredients for 3 persons
500 g pasta, any of your choice
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g black olives, sliced
200 g feta cheese, diced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt and Pepper
Cook the pasta after instructions.
Pour olive oil into a deep pan, enough that the bottom is covered, and fry the garlic.
Now add the pasta, tomatoes, olives and feta and mix everything together.
Season with salt, pepper and basil and serve immediately.
If there are any leftovers it’s a great basis for pasta salad.
Let everything cool down and just add some balsamic vinegar and lemon juice or any other salad seasoning of your choice.
