Mediterranean pasta recipe

Ingredients for 3 persons

500 g pasta, any of your choice
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g black olives, sliced
200 g feta cheese, diced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Basil, sliced

Cook the pasta after instructions.

Pour olive oil into a deep pan, enough that the bottom is covered, and fry the garlic.

Now add the pasta, tomatoes, olives and feta and mix everything together.

Season with salt, pepper and basil and serve immediately.

If there are any leftovers it’s a great basis for pasta salad.
Let everything cool down and just add some balsamic vinegar and lemon juice or any other salad seasoning of your choice.

Pasta mixed with black olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, chopped basil and a lot of olive oil and fried garlic.


A fresh, light and tasty dish for hot summer days.

Vegetarian pancake

Hearty pancake with a fresh and fruity vegetables – cottage cheese filling.


The pancake is already baked with spring onions in the dough and seasoned with salt and pepper.
For the filling I fried chopped courgettes, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers. Then it was mixed with cottage cheese and sour cream.
Finally I added some fresh tomatoes and basil leaves.

It’s a light and refreshing meal for hot summer days.

Stuffed bell peppers

Most common stuffing for bell peppers is minced meat, rice or bulgur, chopped vegetables, cheese. Preferably served with a tomato sauce.

This time I tried something different:
Red bell peppers stuffed with chicken curry.
It’s a mixture of fried chicken seasoned with spicy curry and rice. The sauce is made of stuffing leftovers with broth and milk.


The fruity taste of red bell peppers with a spicy stuffing and a creamy and spicy sauce.
