Potato gnocchi – minced meat casserole recipe

Ingredients for 2 persons

2 onions, chopped
250 g minced meat
300 g stuffed gnocchi of your choice
4 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
50 ml milk
100 – 200 g grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Basil, oregano and other herbs of your choice

Preparation:
Fry the chopped onion and garlic with minced meat and season it with salt and pepper.

Now add the tomatoes, tomato paste and milk, season it with herbs, salt and pepper and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

Put the gnocchi pasta into a casserole form (if you use fresh gnocchis they don’t need to be preboiled) and pour the meat and tomato sauce over them.

Sprinkle cheese on top and put the casserole into the preheated oven.
Let it bake for about 25 – 30 minutes at 200° C.
