Chicken breast “Asian style”

Sliced chicken breast pan-fried in sesame oil mixed with green, yellow and red bell peppers and broccoli. With a fruity sweet and spicy sauce made of soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, mango chutney, fish sauce, a dash of lime and chopped chilis to spice it up.

Served with basmati rice.

Instead of mango you could also use prunes.
