Greek salad recipe

Ingredients for 2 persons

1 yellow bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce
1 small can of corn
1 small onion
10 black olives, pitted
5 pickled chillies
200 g feta cheese
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper and sugar
Mixed salad herbs

Preparation:
Dice the bell pepper, tomatoes and feta cheese.

Slice the olives and pickled chillies and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Now chop the onion and mix it with corn and vegetables together.
Prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a hint of sugar, water and salad herbs and pour over the salad.

Mix all together and serve with fresh bread.

Ravioli

Ricotta ravioli served with fried cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
Topped with grated parmesan cheese.
