Rice and tuna salad recipe

Ingredients for 2 persons

1 can tuna fillets
1 small onion, chopped
3 small tomatoes, chopped
4 pickled cucumbers, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
150 g sweet corn
100 g rice
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp pickled cucumber water
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Cook the rice after instructions and let it cool for a while.

Mix rice, vegetables and tuna altogether.

Blend mayonnaise and the cucumber water to a gentle dressing and fold in with the rice and tuna mix.

Season with salt and pepper.
