Ingredients for 2 persons
250 g pasta (penne or any other pasta of your choice)
100 g dried tomatoes, chopped
100 g black olives, sliced
5 tbsp green pesto
Salt and pepper
Prepare the noodles after instructions and let cool them.
Mix the tomatoes, olives and pesto together and season it with salt, pepper and a little balsamic vinegar.
It’s a quick, light and tasty pasta salad. Perfect for picnic or BBQ.
