Ingredients for 2 persons
5 medium sized potatoes
1/4 chinese cabbage (or as much as you prefer)
2 bell peppers (red and green)
2 tbsp. olive oil
200 g minced beef
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1/2 tbsp. cumin
4 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. water
salt and pepper
Boil potatoes, peel and dice them.
Cut the chinese cabbage in small stripes and dice the bell peppers.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Stir steady. The meat should be quite dry.
Add the vegetables and potatoes and brown it lightly.
Add water and soy sauce and cover it with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes.
Season the fry-up with ginger, cumin, salt and pepper.
